I look at it as dissapointing (I also hope Private Practice doesn't hurt it too much next week), but I'm looking at it as its the highest series CW ever debuted. But I was expecting ALOT more..

Everyone was expecting A LOT more. Lol. I think it's safe to say that the CW's new season isn't off to the best of starts, except for America's Next Top Model. But it is still early. It just started. There is room for improvement.
Gossip Girl's 3.5 million opening was the highest CW debut for a new "scripted show", but The Pussycat Dolls debut had 3.93 million viewers. So, overall it was the 2nd highest CW series debut.

Looks like Private Practice and The Bionic Woman took a toll on things. The early number for episode 2 is 2.55 million.

Final was 2.48 million.. It just sucks! The episode was soo good too. It needs to rebound. It's dead if it falls any lower.

It's definitley not looking good. Plus, I think AI has a Wednesday show don't they?. Nothing seems to work after ANTM. The rerun of Reaper last night had 2.53 million. A rerun that was up against the premiere's of CSI, Grey's, and The Office did better. Not a good sign.

They need to do something if it falls lower.

Well, it got bumped up to 2.8 million in the finals so hopefully things are looking good. If it hits 3 million again, its on the right track.

Early number for last night was 2.87 million. Top Model got 5.29 million(a season high so far). Retention was only 54%, and a 2.42 million drop off from it's lead in. Not very good. It was on the "losers" list yet again. Marc Berman from Media Week wonders why they rushed into such an early renewal when the show is not doing much of anything and can't really hold on to it's lead in at all. I wonder too. If Gossip gets a renewal, then there should be one for Reaper any moment, and renewal for next year for SV and SN.

Well, happy that it continues to go up. Dissapointed though that despite Model going up 800k, GG couldnt even hit 3 million. Here's hoping to next week!

Early number for last night - 2.42 million
This is down 380,000 viewers from last week and is the lowest rated episode by 60,000.
