Reba wasnt even supposed to air this year. it was basically just a burn off. they could've renewed it but it wouldve cost a ton of money.

As if it we didn't already know hoe stupid and pointless it was for canceling this show, now it's even more apparent.
I keep a CW ratings thread over on the CW board. A friend of mine recently posted on it with new ratings news. Out of all the retuning shows on the CW this past season, Reba was up by 5%. More than any other show. A close second was ANTM with 4%. The #1 show that was up the most and it gets canceled?. Guess what was last?. Everybody Hates Chris. The show that was renewed first(and early) was in last place down 39%. Incredible.

I think it was. They could of worked something out with the budget like with 7th Heaven. It couldn't of been as expensive as some of their other shows. They just plain didn't want it because it was too "old" for them in the demos. They would much rather do away with some nicely rated, good shows because they aren't young enough, but keep things like The Game and OTH that are young, but are in the ratings cellar.

I understand.. they could've done a major cut. They could even air it Sundays at 7 into Life is Wild which would help that show even maybe help it alteast do 7th Heaven ratings.
What surprises me the most though is that Reba doesn't really skew THAT old. I remember one time an episode took like 5.5 million viewers and it got like a 2.1 or 2.2 demo. That's skewing pretty young.
